The so called “Last Son of Krypton” was saved from his dying planet by means of a small spacecraft that was designed by his father. Crash landing on the planet earth amidst a meteor shower in Smallville Kansas, Kal-El was taken in by Jonathan and Martha Kent, who raised him as their own son, adopting him under the name Clark Kent. It was Jonathan that would instill within Clark with the solid work ethic and belief in people that turn him into the man that he would one day become. It was Martha that would insist that keep his alien heritage a secret at all costs as she feared if anyone discovered the truth that Clark would be taken from them. At a young age Clark would discover his super strength, and as he grew and his body developed under a yellow sun Clark would discover even more abilities. By the time he graduated from Smallville High Clark had developed X-Ray vision, heat vision, super breath, super speed as well as being almost completely invulnerable to nearly all forms of damage. It wasn’t until he had completed his seven-year training and world tour that he had learned to fly!

It was during that seven years that Clark would finally figure out what he wanted to do with his life, how he would want to use his powers. We now know that all of the unexplained events over that seven-year period, all those natural disasters that were mysteriously averted, all those lives that were saved had been Clark. At the end of his ‘walkabout’ as he liked to refer to it, Clark would return home; seeking the advice of the one man that he respected more than anyone else in his life when he was uncertain of how he could become a symbol. With the help of the Kent’s, Clark would come up with the dual identity of Clark Kent, the reporter, and the man that would come to be known as Superman.

Clark debuted himself to the world when he rescued a number of journalists, military personal and LexCorp employee’s from a experimental robotic soldier. It was then, in the middle of the chaos that he met Lois Lane, rescuing her after her fall from the top of LexCorp tower. Over the years Clark has met and defeated a number of enemies, ranging from exiled Kryptonian war criminals, New Gods, alien warlords, killer robots, Experimental test subjects and so much more.

In 2015 Clark would finally propose to Lois, which she had happily agreed to, to no one’s surprise. However, a month before the wedding Doomsday appeared, and during the ensuing fight Superman was killed. In the months since his death four men appeared, all bearing Clarks family crest. Finally, when it had been learned that the Cyborg Superman was in fact evil and had partnered himself with the alien warlord Mongul, Clark returned from the dead, but not before they had both destroyed Coast City. Lois and Clark have since married, and have three kids, theyre adopted son Lor-Zod who they named Chris Kent and their son Jon and daughter Lara. Not to mention that he has a father/ brother relationship with his clone Conner the Superboy and cousin Kara, Supergirl.

Updated 10/24/19: After seeing the images of Brandon Routh in his new Superman suit for Crisis, Ive been debating whether or not I should updated my suit for Supes. After spending the last week or so, I decided that yes. To me, Superman is a pure character, hes old fashioned, and his suit is just as much of a depiction of that old fashioned style. To me, the only suits that should have those extra lines on Supes is his Solar/ Rejuvenation suit or his Beyond suit. Also, updated his Solar/ Rejuvenation suit.
